Refund policy

We'll  gladly accept packages within 10 days of the sale date and give you a complete refund. All we ask is that the product is not used and not open, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original packaging. 

Customer must ship not used or open packages back to us for a full refund.

At First Quality Medical, we are committed to providing safe and reliable products. For health and safety reasons, all returns must comply with DME and medical supply regulations. Please review the policy carefully before requesting a return.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 10 days of the original sale date under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product is in the same condition as received
  • For hygienic and regulatory reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or resold

Note: Some items, such as consumables, incontinence supplies, or patient-specific equipment, may be non-returnable regardless of condition.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

Refunds

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and shipping costs will be covered by us.
